Welcome to Blogging Basics 101! We’ve had this idea brewing for months, and we’re excited to send it out into Blog Land.
Basically, this idea grew out of the private e-mails we were receiving from the readers of our personal blogs. There’s much for a beginning blogger to learn, and there didn’t seem to be a simple, user-friendly place to go and learn the basics.
Now there is!
We’ve started by addressing several basic blogging questions. You can click through the categories on the left and browse to your heart’s content. We will be updating this site often with new blogging tips, so check back often. If you have a question you’d like to see answered, check here.

Can I tell you just how THIRLLED I am that you’ve done this? I am a blogging baby (started October 31) and I always have questions. Just a note, or question. I can’t add you to bloglines, it says there is no feed and I don’t know how to do it via the “click here to subscribe” b/c it tries to open something…
What a great idea for a blog! I’ve already had some questions answered-I’m still pretty new. I’m adding this to my blogroll (per the etiquette, I’m letting you know) since my readers are mostly non-blogger family.

You need an RSS feed! I’d love to subcribe, but Google reader says there’s no feed.
OK, let me clarify now that I looked more closely. I clicked on your Subscribe link, and tried to use that page in Google Reader, it still didn’t work. Not sure what’s up, you might check your feed to see if it’s working properly.

Love the cool site. I’ll have to remember to add you to my blogroll for the “Techie Blog” section of my sidebar. What a nice idea. I wrote a blog design post a while back, but this is really over the top! I know I could have used it a year and a half ago! I stayed up many a wee-morning-hour with bloodshot eyes looking up every little blog term in google! Ha! Some of us have to learn the hard way.
Ok, my head may explode because I have been reading everything and learned things I didn’t know I didn’t know. thanks so much, I will be bakc.
Believe it or not, there’s an RSS feed somewhere on the site. I was able to click by “Subscribe with Bloglines” and it’s picking up a feed.
I just wanted to say this is a wonderful site, well done.

The RSS seems to be working for me too in Google Reader. There’s a link on the left sidebar.
The last two links in the “who we are” post on the other hand don’t work FYI.
When everything is set up are you going to have comments open on all entries or only this one?

Fantastic idea for a site, y’all. I once wrote a “rules of blogging” post after two years of being tossed around and sometimes committing major fhopas (sp??). Anywho, lovely idea for the new blogger. (and probably some veterans, too, cough)
Now, that’s just mean… what’s BlogAds? How can you make money? I thought I was all hip to this blog thing… guess not!
