Yep. That happens to everyone sooner or later. We hit "Publish Now" instead of "Save for Later" or "Draft" or whatever.
To fix this issue:
- Go to your Posting tab.
- Click Edit Posts.
- Click Edit next to the post you want to change to unpublish.
- Click Save as Draft.

One thing to remember though is…after you hit publish your post shows up in google reader, anyone subscribed to you can read what you wrote whether you meant for it to be read or not.
Do you have any idea how to get it off of there??
