I completely agree with you that the sponsor needs to be responsible and follow through. On my giveaways, I always specify a time frame to which the winner needs to respond in after I have contacted them.
It is almost impossible to remember WHO wants you to come back and check to see if you one on a blog carnival. This one running now has over 900 participants. I didn’t even enter the giveaways where people who made it difficult to win. One blog wanted you to visit SIXTEEN different websites for one entry for a prize they hadn’t even posted a picture of. LOL
Anyways, I am starting to ramble. LOL thanks for posting this and voicing what I was feeling just the other day.
