I don’t usually promote contests over here at Blogging Basics 101. However, there are two contests I think beginning bloggers will be interested in. Each are offering amazing prizes!

Blogging Idol Contest via Daily Blog Tips. This contest is solely for blogs with under 1,000 subscribers. The idea is to build traffic and subscriptions in a bid for a Grand Prize worth $1,500 ($800 cash via PayPal and $700 worth of SEO consulting)! The start date is July 1, so you’ll need to sign up before then.
