by Melanie Nelson on August 31, 2008 · 0 comments

Karen and I will be interviewing Rick Calvert, co-founder of Blog World and New Media Expo on our radio show, Behind the Blog, on Tuesday. You won’t want to miss this one! We’ll be talking about

  • his role in IBMNA (the International Blog and New Media Association), a professional organization for bloggers,
  • what bloggers can expect when attending Blog World and New Media Expo on September 20 and 21 in Las Vegas, and
  • how to set your blog apart from others in your niche.

In the second half of the hour we will be talking with Kelly Curtis from Pass the Torch.
She’s done what so many bloggers are aiming to do: publish a book. We
will talk with Kelly about how she went from blog to book as well as
her work to empower the youth of today to become the leaders of
tomorrow.

Behind the Blog is going to be big this week. You won’t want to miss it!

You can hear the show on Tuesday at noon CST by logging in to BlogTalkRadio.com and setting up a listener account (free). Then go to BlogTalkRadio.com/behindtheblog.
If you want to be part of the show, please feel free to call in with
your questions! The phone number is (347) 826-7594. Or you can join us
in the chat room and submit your questions there.
