hhmmm. I had NO idea BUT I kind of *suspected* that email subscribers were more “weighty” than RSS.
In addition to that, I can tell you that and I and several others I know subscribe RSS but then never read. I think one is more apt to take notice of an email. I’m off to subscribe to Blogging Basics VIA EMAIL.
Thanks Shannon and Blogging Basics!
I love your site – you offer so many helpful tips. One that I think ought to be shared (I realize, just my opinion, take it or leave it) is that blog posts should be dated. I find it very frustrating to find a new blog, read a post with no date, so I have no idea if it was written yesterday, last week, or two years ago. I seem to come across a lot of these of late.
Thanks!
