Tell Me Your Favorite Blogging Tool

I’m working on several projects right now and I feel like I’m barely treading water! I really love that things are taking off in so many areas, but it does mean that my brain occasionally fries itself and I just don’t have the wherewithall to come up with one. more. post. It’s true. I’m admitting I’m not Super Woman.

Today I’d like to you to help me out. Leave me a comment telling me your favorite blogging or social media tool. Do you use Scribefire (a Firefox plug-in)? Do you love Google Analytics? Are you addicted to Twitter? If you’re using WordPress, what’s your favorite plug-in? Tell us!

  1. I use Windows Live Writer a lot for writing posts – I love that you can see a preview of what your post will look like exactly on your site, and their WYSIWYG editor is more user-friendly (in my opinion) than the one that comes with WordPress. I also have a plug-in for it that lets me bring my photos right into a post from Flickr very easily. :)

I’m also really liking StatCounter – I just started using it a couple of months ago for both of my sites and so far am really much happier with it than SiteMeter or Google Analytics.

  2. My favorite blogging tool would be google reader because of my feeds :D
Otherwise that would be google analytics and flickr of course.

  3. I think these two plugins are absolutely essential:

    Akismet to block spam and

WP-DB-backup to back up your WordPress blog database
